Before You Start
Pit the dates, pull the frozen banana from the freezer, and set the blender on the counter.
How To Make It
Add the dates, frozen banana, almond butter, oat milk, sea salt, and vanilla to the blender.
Blend on high until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides so no date pieces hide near the blade.
Pour into a tall glass; if it is too thick, loosen it with a splash more oat milk.
Drink it cold.
Fix It: If bits of date keep spinning without breaking down, let them soak in warm water for a few minutes first, then blend again.
