Before You Start
Rinse the tomato, halve the avocado, and have a fork and small bowl ready for mashing.
How To Make It
Scoop the avocado into a small bowl and mash it to the texture you like.
Stir in the lime juice, diced tomato, and diced onion until evenly mixed.
Season with a pinch of salt to taste.
Serve with the corn chips, or press a lid on and pack it to go.
Fix It: If the guacamole starts to brown on top, press plastic wrap right onto the surface so the air cannot reach it.
