What You Need
Makes 2 platesBatch it
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1 banana
1 cup coconut water
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 cup spinach
1 cup pineapple chunks
2 banana
2 cup coconut water
2 tbsp chia seeds
3 cup spinach
1 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
3 banana
3 cup coconut water
3 tbsp chia seeds
4 cup spinach
2 cup pineapple chunks
4 banana
4 cup coconut water
4 tbsp chia seeds
Before You Start
Rinse the spinach and have the pineapple, banana, coconut water, and chia measured so everything goes in at once.
How To Make It
Add the spinach, pineapple, banana, coconut water, and chia to a blender.
Blend on high until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
Pour into a tall glass, and if it is too thick loosen it with a splash more coconut water.
Drink it cold.
Fix It: If it tastes too green, add a little more pineapple or banana; the extra fruit balances the spinach.
