Before You Start

Turn on the broiler and set a rack near the top, and halve the grapefruit so the cut sides face up.

How To Make It
  1. Loosen the grapefruit segments with a small knife so they lift out easily with a spoon.
  2. Brush the cut sides with the honey and dust them with the cinnamon.
  3. Broil near the top, 4 to 6 minutes, until the tops are bubbling and lightly browned at the edges.
  4. Let it cool 1 minute and eat it warm with a spoon.
Fix It: If the top browns too fast, lower the rack a notch so it warms through instead of scorching.
Air Fryer
  1. Heat the air fryer to 380F.
  2. Add the ingredients you would cook on the stove or in the oven in a single layer, without crowding the basket.
  3. Cook for about 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until cooked through and lightly crisp.
  4. Let it rest a minute, then finish and plate the dish as written in the steps above.
