Before You Start

Clear a flat, level spot in the freezer and have the popsicle molds and sticks ready.

How To Make It
  1. Blend the coconut milk, banana, and maple syrup until completely smooth.
  2. Lightly mash the mixed berries in a separate bowl with a fork.
  3. Layer the blended cream and the mashed berries into the molds, swirling with a skewer for a marbled look.
  4. Add the sticks and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours, until they are firm all the way through.
  5. Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles.
Fix It: If a popsicle will not slide out, do not tug the stick; a few more seconds under warm water frees it cleanly.
