Before You Start
Drain the tuna well, rinse the baby spinach, slice the mushrooms, dice the celery, and scoop the avocado so the bowl comes together in one go with no cooking needed.
How To Make It
Drain the tuna well and flake it into a large bowl.
Add the baby spinach, sliced mushrooms, and diced celery.
Scoop in the avocado and break it into chunks over the top.
Whisk the olive oil and lemon juice together, pour it over the bowl, and toss lightly to coat.
Season with salt and pepper and serve cold.
Fix It: If it tastes flat, a little more lemon juice and a pinch of salt wakes the whole bowl up.
