Before You Start

Pat the pork dry, grate the ginger, cut the broccoli into florets, chop the bok choy, and have the rice warm.

How To Make It
  1. Season the pork and sear it in a hot pan, turning to brown all sides, 10 to 12 minutes, until it reaches 145°F in the center, then set it aside to rest.
    145°F
  2. Add the broccoli to the pan and cook, 3 to 4 minutes, until bright green and just tender.
  3. Add the bok choy and cook, 2 to 3 minutes, until the leaves wilt and the stems are tender.
  4. Add the tamari, ginger, and sesame oil and toss, about 1 minute, until glossy and fragrant.
  5. Slice the pork and serve it with the vegetables over the rice, topped with sesame seeds and scallion.
Fix It: If the glaze looks dry in the pan, add a splash of water so it coats the pork instead of sticking.
Air Fryer
  1. Heat the air fryer to 380F.
  2. Add the ingredients you would cook on the stove or in the oven in a single layer, without crowding the basket.
  3. Cook for about 17 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until cooked through and lightly crisp.
  4. Let it rest a minute, then finish and plate the dish as written in the steps above.
