Before You Start

Heat the oven to 400°F, line a tray, pat the salmon dry, cut the broccoli into florets, rinse the spinach, and stir the soy sauce and honey together for the glaze.

How To Make It
  1. Spread the broccoli on the lined tray, season with a pinch of salt, and lay the salmon alongside.
  2. Brush the salmon all over with the soy sauce and honey.
  3. Roast 12 to 15 minutes, until the broccoli is fork tender and the salmon flakes easily and reaches 145°F in the thickest part.
    145°F
  4. While it roasts, wilt the spinach in a dry pan with a splash of water, 1 to 2 minutes, until bright green.
  5. Serve the salmon, broccoli, and spinach over the cooked rice.
Fix It: If you want a stickier glaze, brush on a little more soy and honey in the last 2 minutes so it sets without burning.
Air Fryer
  1. Heat the air fryer to 380F.
  2. Add the ingredients you would cook on the stove or in the oven in a single layer, without crowding the basket.
  3. Cook for about 16 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until cooked through and lightly crisp.
  4. Let it rest a minute, then finish and plate the dish as written in the steps above.
