Before You Start

Cut the chicken into 3 even strips so they bake at the same pace, and pat them dry before they go into the yogurt.

How To Make It
  1. Heat the oven to 425°F and set a rack on a sheet pan.
  2. Stir the greek yogurt, egg, smoked paprika and black pepper together, coat the chicken strips in it, then press them into the whole wheat breadcrumbs on every side.
  3. Lay the chicken on the rack, toss the green beans and carrot with the olive oil on the pan around it, and bake 20 to 25 minutes, until the crumb is deep golden and the chicken reads 165°F in the thickest strip.
    165°F
  4. Rest the chicken 2 minutes so the crust sets, then serve it with the green beans and carrot.
Fix It: Crumb not browning? Move the pan to the top rack for the last 3 minutes and watch it close.
Air Fryer
  1. Heat the air fryer to 380F.
  2. Add the ingredients you would cook on the stove or in the oven in a single layer, without crowding the basket.
  3. Cook for about 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until cooked through and lightly crisp.
  4. Let it rest a minute, then finish and plate the dish as written in the steps above.
