One plate is the amount the calories and protein above are for.

Before You Start

Cook the whole wheat spaghetti ahead and rinse it cool so the strands stay separate in the pan, and slice every vegetable before the wok gets hot.

How To Make It
  1. Stir the coconut aminos, rice vinegar, ginger and garlic together in a small bowl.
  2. Warm the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat and stir fry the chicken 5 to 6 minutes, until browned and it reads 165°F, then move it to a plate.
    165°F
  3. Stir fry the carrot, mushrooms and cabbage 3 minutes, then add the bok choy and cook 2 minutes more, until the greens wilt and the carrot is crisp tender.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti, the chicken and the sauce and toss 1 to 2 minutes, until the noodles are hot and glossy, then serve.
Fix It: Want more flavor without more salt? Add another squeeze of rice vinegar and a little more ginger, not more coconut aminos.
Air Fryer
  1. Heat the air fryer to 380F.
  2. Add the ingredients you would cook on the stove or in the oven in a single layer, without crowding the basket.
  3. Cook for about 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until cooked through and lightly crisp.
  4. Let it rest a minute, then finish and plate the dish as written in the steps above.
