One plate is the amount the calories and protein above are for.

Before You Start

Hull and halve the strawberries while the oven heats.

How To Make It
  1. Heat the oven to 400°F and line a small baking dish with parchment.
  2. Toss the strawberries with the honey and spread them in the dish.
  3. Roast 12 to 15 minutes, until soft and jammy at the edges.
  4. Stir the vanilla into the greek yogurt and spoon the warm strawberries over it.
Fix It: Strawberries watery? Roast 3 minutes more so the juice thickens.
Air Fryer
  1. Heat the air fryer to 380F.
  2. Add the ingredients you would cook on the stove or in the oven in a single layer, without crowding the basket.
  3. Cook for about 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until cooked through and lightly crisp.
  4. Let it rest a minute, then finish and plate the dish as written in the steps above.
