Before You Start

Chop the dates small so they spread through every bite.

How To Make It
  1. Stir the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and chopped dates in a bowl.
  2. Add the peanut butter and milk and mix with your hands until it holds together when squeezed.
  3. Fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
  4. Roll into 8 balls and chill 20 minutes so they hold their shape.
Fix It: If the mix is crumbly, add 1 more tbsp milk; if it is sticky, add a spoon of oats.
