Before You Start

Line a small tray with parchment and clear a flat, level spot in the freezer.

How To Make It
  1. Stir the honey into the greek yogurt until smooth, then spread it about a quarter inch thick on the lined tray so it freezes evenly.
  2. Scatter the berries, chopped dark chocolate, and sesame seeds over the top and press them in lightly so they anchor into the yogurt.
  3. Freeze until firm, about 2 to 3 hours, until the bark is solid all the way through and does not bend.
  4. Lift it off the parchment, break it into shards, and serve straight from the freezer.
Fix It: If it turns slushy while you plate it, it thawed too long; pop the shards back in the freezer for ten minutes.
