Before You Start

Leave the cherries frozen; they bake straight from the bag.

How To Make It
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Split the cherries between 2 small oven-safe cups and stir in the vanilla.
  3. Rub the almond flour, oats, cinnamon, and olive oil together until crumbly, then scatter it over the cherries.
  4. Bake 18 to 20 minutes, until the cherries bubble at the edges and the top is golden, then serve with the greek yogurt.
Fix It: Top browning too fast? Lay foil over the cups for the last few minutes.
Air Fryer
  1. Heat the air fryer to 380F.
  2. Add the ingredients you would cook on the stove or in the oven in a single layer, without crowding the basket.
  3. Cook for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until cooked through and lightly crisp.
  4. Let it rest a minute, then finish and plate the dish as written in the steps above.
