One plate is the amount the calories and protein above are for.

Before You Start

Chop the almonds and rinse the berries before the skillet goes on.

How To Make It
  1. Toast the chopped almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, until golden and fragrant, then tip them onto a plate to cool.
  2. Stir the vanilla and cinnamon into the greek yogurt until smooth.
  3. Spoon half the yogurt into a glass, then half the berries, then half the almonds.
  4. Repeat the layers and eat it right away while the almonds are crisp.
Fix It: If the almonds go soft, they sat too long under the yogurt; layer them on top just before eating.
Air Fryer
  1. Heat the air fryer to 380F.
  2. Add the ingredients you would cook on the stove or in the oven in a single layer, without crowding the basket.
  3. Cook for about 4 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until cooked through and lightly crisp.
  4. Let it rest a minute, then finish and plate the dish as written in the steps above.
