One plate is the amount the calories and protein above are for.

Before You Start

Scoop out the pear core with a spoon so the half has room for the ricotta.

How To Make It
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Set the pear half cut side up in a small baking dish and sprinkle with half the cinnamon.
  3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until a knife slides in easily and the edges turn golden.
  4. Stir the vanilla and the rest of the cinnamon into the ricotta.
  5. Spoon the ricotta into the warm pear and top with the walnuts.
Fix It: If the pear is hard at 25 minutes, it was underripe; bake 5 to 10 more.
Air Fryer
  1. Heat the air fryer to 380F.
  2. Add the ingredients you would cook on the stove or in the oven in a single layer, without crowding the basket.
  3. Cook for about 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until cooked through and lightly crisp.
  4. Let it rest a minute, then finish and plate the dish as written in the steps above.
