What You Need
Makes 2 platesBatch it
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 cup oat milk
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 cup frozen strawberries
2 banana
2 cup oat milk
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
3 cup frozen strawberries
3 banana
3 cup oat milk
3 tbsp ground flaxseed
4 cup frozen strawberries
4 banana
4 cup oat milk
4 tbsp ground flaxseed
Before You Start
Peel the banana and measure the oat milk so everything drops into the blender at once.
How To Make It
Add the frozen strawberries, banana, oat milk, and flaxseed to a blender.
Blend on high until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if it catches.
Pour into a tall glass, and if it is too thick loosen it with a splash more oat milk.
Drink it cold.
Fix It: If the blender stalls on the frozen fruit, add a little more oat milk and let it run; it needs liquid to catch the blades.
