Before You Start

Heat the oven to 325掳F, line a baking tray with parchment, and measure the seeds and maple so you can toss everything in one go.

How To Make It
  1. Toss the oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and coconut flakes with the maple syrup until every piece looks glossy and coated.
  2. Spread the mixture in a thin, even layer across the lined tray, leaving a little space so it cooks evenly.
  3. Bake 18 to 22 minutes, stirring once halfway, until it is golden and smells nutty and toasty.
  4. Cool it fully on the tray, about 15 minutes, until crisp, then fold in the raisins and store in a jar.
Fix It: If it still feels soft right out of the oven, that is normal; granola crisps as it cools, so let it sit before you judge it.
Air Fryer
  1. Heat the air fryer to 380F.
  2. Add the ingredients you would cook on the stove or in the oven in a single layer, without crowding the basket.
  3. Cook for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until cooked through and lightly crisp.
  4. Let it rest a minute, then finish and plate the dish as written in the steps above.
