Before You Start

Chop the carrot small so the blender can break it down, and measure the oats and milk within reach.

How To Make It
  1. Add the carrot, banana, oats, walnuts, oat milk, cinnamon, and ginger to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides so no bits of carrot stay behind.
  3. Pour into a tall glass, and if it is too thick, loosen it with a splash more oat milk.
  4. Drink it cold.
Fix It: If it stays gritty, let it sit two minutes and blend again, because the oats soften and the carrot smooths out with a little time.
