Before You Start

Bake a sweet potato ahead and keep the mash in the fridge for the week.

How To Make It
  1. Pour the milk into the blender.
  2. Add the mashed sweet potato, greek yogurt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flaxseed.
  3. Blend on high about 1 minute, until smooth and orange.
  4. Pour and drink it cold.
Fix It: If it tastes flat, add a pinch more cinnamon; spice does the sweetening here.
